FLOOR & PATIO LATEX ENAMELS
Painting your floor with traditional paint will make it slippery and chip and peel quicker than floor paint. Benjamin Moore Floor & Patio Latex Enamels are available in low sheen and high gloss finishes and have the following features:

INSL-X® Specialty Coatings
CABINET COAT
Cabinet Coat is a specialty formula that refurbishes the appearance of worn cabinets and dries to an ultra-smooth, durable finish. It adheres to even the most tough-to-coat surfaces without the need for primer. Cabinet Coat is available in satin and semi-gloss finishes. It comes in white, but tint bases for all colors are available.
LEAD BLOCKS
A water-based elastomeric acrylic coating with exceptional adhesion that provides a thick, elastic membrane sheathing on any surface with lead paint. Lead Block® is a cost-effective solution for handling lead paint remediation. It's also ideal as a primer or topcoat and is suitable for interior and exterior use, with spray application being the preferred method of use. Lead Block® is available in white with an eggshell finish.
FREEZER KOTE
A high-gloss, rust-inhibiting coating designed for use in sub-freezing temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit. The alcohol-based formula dries quickly, eliminating the need to shut down cold storage during painting. Freezer Kote is available in white and safety yellow.
FIRE RETARDANT PAINT
Fast reaction times are essential during a fire, and Fire Retardant Paint quickly forms a thick, cellular char blanket, intumescence, when exposed to flame. This Benjamin Moore specialty paint reduces flame spread and minimizes smoke development in a low-VOC formula that applies like traditional latex paint. It is suitable for commercial and residential use and is available in white with a flat finish.
CHALKBOARD PAINT
Turn nearly any surface into a functional black chalkboard with this 100% acrylic paint. It's an excellent addition to kids' bedrooms or playrooms or for creating a family communication space in the kitchen. The formula is easy to apply, clean, and dries to a black eggshell finish.
